SPELLBINDERS BRAND NEW RELEASE – OCTOBER 2024 – Woodland Tales Collection

SPELLBINDERS BRAND NEW RELEASE – OCTOBER 2024 – Woodland Tales Collection

Hello dear friends and happy Thursday!

Spellbinders is releasing some fabulous stuff today and I encourage you to check it out! Today I am playing with Woodland Tales Collection and I am absolutely crazy about this one.

Today I am showcasing the 12×12 scrapbooking paper (click HERE) and all the good stuff I made with it.

The paper is just so beautiful that I couldn’t cover it completely. And, I am positive that that is what most of you scrapookers do, anyway.

My hubby and I visited Europe this Summer and I wanted to capture some fun moments and this collection just arrived at the perfect time.

And, one of the most stunning things in this collection are, of course, wax seal stamps!

So, Spellbinders released two phenomenal 3D Wax Seal Stamps that I am so impressed by! The one that I used in this photo is called “Gingko Leaves 3D Wax Seal Stamp” (click HERE) and I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this seal. If you are a wax seal fanatic like myself, then this is something you need to add to your wax seal collection.

This seal perfectly matches the paper from the set and I simply had to pair it together. Aside from this, I used little letters that belong to the Beads Of Friendship Collection that you can see in the post HERE.

Aside from Gingko Leaves, Spellbinders released one more 3D Wax Seal Stamp called “Fern Leaves” (Click HERE) . I used it in several different instances, but my favorite was in the scrapbook layout below.

And just like I did with the Gingko Leaves, I created an “inlay” and this is one of my favorite ways to create wax seals.

If you are interested in learning this technique, please visit my YouTube channel for more insight, or come to my Instagram lives every Sunday at 10 AM PST (13:00 EST).

And what kind of collection would this be if Spellbinders did not include a stamp set?

This delicate and so beautiful stamp set called Woodland Tales Sentiments is just so perfect (click HERE) that it can be used to create a lot of different projects. There is also a matching betterpress plate if you are interested in getting. (Click HERE)

As you can see, I used this set in my scrapbook layouts, but you can also create clean and simple greeting cards to use for different occasions, including Christmas by coloring the bird red.

To create these two cards I used the Spellbinders paper designed for Betterpress. This paper is very durable and can be also used for watercoloring. Now, you do not have to purchase the full size (click HERE) there are A7 (click HERE) and A2 (click HERE) sizes that you can purchase if this is more affordable for you.

One more thing to add to this is ink! The Betterpress Black ink is one of my favorite inks. I started using it for regular stamping rather than just for my Betterpress. It is perfect for coloring but I do not recommend you use it with alcohol markers. (click HERE)

I am not sure if you’ve ever done anything like this, but, here is a special idea from me to you.

I simply didn’t want to waste any paper when it came to this collection. I took the packaging page and cut the images and created a unique card set of note cards that is perfect for any occasion. I love creating these sets and they are my absolute favorite thing to create and give as a either holiday or a birthday gift.

And that is all for today.

Thank you so much for tuning in and I hope this inspires you to create something similar.

Feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions. I am always happy to help.
